Website use

You may use this website to learn about Nvolve Techs, submit a genuine project inquiry, and access an authorized project account. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or misuse another person's account.

Project inquiries

An inquiry starts a conversation only. It is not an offer, acceptance, project commitment, price guarantee, or obligation to perform services. Project commitments are established through the applicable proposal, statement of work, agreement, and payment terms.

Accounts

Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials and authenticator access. Notify Nvolve Techs through the project inquiry channel if you believe an account has been compromised.

Creative materials

Do not upload materials unless you have the authority to provide and use them for the proposed project. Ownership, licenses, permitted use, and final delivery rights are governed by the applicable project agreements.

Availability

The website may be changed, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Nvolve Techs may restrict access when needed to protect users, projects, data, or infrastructure.

Project-specific terms control

If these website terms conflict with an executed project agreement, the executed project agreement controls for that engagement.
