Website use
You may use this website to learn about Nvolve Techs, submit a genuine project inquiry, purchase an eligible fixed-scope package, and access an authorized project account. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or misuse another person's account.
Project inquiries and free asset review
An inquiry or free asset-review request starts a conversation only. It is not a payment authorization or obligation to perform services. Custom project commitments are established through the applicable written scope, invoice, proposal, statement of work, agreement, and payment terms.
Direct fixed-package purchase
You may directly purchase a published fixed-scope package only when you can truthfully confirm every material, scope, and rights requirement shown for the selected production path. The price and package scope are controlled by Nvolve's current catalog and cannot be changed through the purchase form. Completing Stripe Checkout reserves that package at the displayed price and records your acceptance of these terms and the disclosed AI-assisted production method.
Material review after payment
Payment reserves the package but does not start the production clock. After payment, Nvolve provides a secure upload path and reviews submitted materials for technical usability, completeness, rights, and fit with the selected package. Production timing begins only after Nvolve accepts the required materials. No files are uploaded through the public purchase form.
If submitted materials are incomplete, unusable, inconsistent with the readiness confirmations, or outside the purchased scope, Nvolve may request corrected or replacement materials. Work needed to repair, recreate, license, or expand those materials may require a separate written quote and approval. These terms do not promise an automatic refund when materials fail review.
Package boundaries
Applicable taxes, licensed materials, talent, rush delivery, extra revisions, source files, and out-of-scope work are excluded unless stated otherwise. Additions require a separate written quote and approval. The purchased production path, runtime, inclusions, exclusions, and revision allowance define the fixed package.
Accounts
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials and authenticator access. Notify Nvolve Techs through the project inquiry channel if you believe an account has been compromised.
Creative materials
Do not provide materials unless you have the authority to provide and use them for the project. Ownership, licenses, permitted use, AI-assisted processing, and final delivery rights are governed by the applicable package terms and project agreements.
Availability
The website may be changed, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Nvolve Techs may restrict access when needed to protect users, projects, data, or infrastructure.
Project-specific terms control
If these website terms conflict with an executed project agreement, the executed project agreement controls for that engagement.
