Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry or participate in an engagement, Nvolve Techs may receive contact details, company information, project requirements, files, feedback, approvals, and billing-related records.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate and operate projects, communicate about work, prepare commercial documents, process payments, deliver approved materials, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Service providers

Specialized infrastructure and service providers may process information when necessary for hosting, data storage, email delivery, payments, file storage, and other enabled project functions. They receive only the access needed to provide those functions.

Retention and security

Records are retained for active business, contractual, security, and legal needs. Administrative access uses authenticated sessions and multi-factor verification. Project and client records are permission scoped.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to contractual, security, and legal retention requirements. Submit the request through the project inquiry form and label it as a privacy request.

This notice may be updated as services and legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
